Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A 48-hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to provide notice within this timeframe, you will be required to pay the full balance before rescheduling, OR you will lose your deposit and need to rebook when you are ready. Late Policy 10 minutes late – A $15 late fee will be applied. 15-20 minutes late – Your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled, and you will be required to pay in full before booking a new appointment. No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment: Your card will be charged 50% of the service price. Your deposit will be lost and will not be applied to future bookings. Deposit Policy A deposit is required to book an appointment. All deposits are non-refundable—no exceptions. Thank you for respecting my policies! Cancellation Policy
•I do require a 48 hour in advance to be notified if you can’t make it, if you do not there will be a $35 cancellation fee & deposit will be lost you can’t transfer you will have to place a new deposit.
•No-shows will be charged a 50% of the service you were receiving & you will have to send a new deposit!
